Reiki
Reiki is a type of energetic bodywork that originates from Japan. “Rei” means Universal Life, and “ki” means energy. It is the universal energy that flows through all living things. A Reiki treatment encourages the natural flow of ‘ki’ within the body, and helps restore balance to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Working with the body’s chakra system (energy centres), I intuitively place my hands on or near the areas needing a boost. It can bring deep relaxation and comfort to a stressed out, tired body.
Light Language
Light language is a multidimensional language from the heart. It goes beyond the ‘mental’ and is understood by everyone on a deep soul level. When working with energy, I often open as an intuitive channel of light language. I use my voice and hands to channel alchemical transmissions which resonate through the layers of the body. Light language supports every cell of the body with higher frequencies of love and light, which allow for deep healing and emotional and physical shifts to occur. It is incredibly powerful! Past experiences, beliefs and emotions are held in the tissues of your body. Light language vibrational healing acts like a key, enabling you to unlock parts of you that may be holding you back from living your fullest expression of life.
Seichem/ Sekhem
Seichem comes from ancient Egypt. It has a raw, elemental power that moves beyond Reiki, into the realm of Fire, Water, Air and Earth. "Sekhem" means power, and this energy system helps you meet deeper parts of yourself, stripping away all that is not truly you.
A Seichem session is a psychic journey into your energy body, where old wounds, blocks and stagnant patterns are met and dissolved at the source. Working intuitively and psychically through your chakras and aura, I channel whichever elemental force your soul is calling for: Fire to burn through what's stuck, Water to dissolve what's buried, Air to clear what clouds you, Earth to anchor what's scattered.
Crystalline Soul Healing®
Crystalline Soul Healing® is an energy healing modality that works deeply with the soul. It is an alchemical healing template based on an ancient Lyran methodology, which was developed by Jamye Price. It is an advanced energy healing system of our times, which balances the divine masculine and divine feminine aspects into wholeness. Sessions can take place online or in person. Energy isn't constrained by linear time or space!
We'll begin with a chat to discuss your intentions. If online, I'll invite you to lie down somewhere comfortable; in person, I'll get you cosy on the massage couch. You'll remain fully clothed throughout.
I open with a channelled meditation to ground you into the space and connect with your energy and guides/angels, before bringing through the healing frequencies. My sessions are intuitive, guided by your Higher Self.
We'll finish with time to chat through anything that may have arisen.

People have many different responses to energy healing.
Some describe sensations of heat or tingling within the body, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions or images and colours behind the eyes. Some people experience an emotional release such as tears or laughter, or they may develop insight into specific areas of their lives.
